About Fresne Ducret: Straight from them to you!
“Birthplace of Champagne Fresne Ducret, Ville-Dommange has witnessed the journey undertaken many years ago by the first voyagers of the family. For more than a century, successive generations ventured beyond the borders of their forefathers, discovering new frontiers and weaving together what they learned from their explorations with the traditions of their heritage. At the head of the family business since 2007, Pierre Fresne has devoted himself to continuing this family tradition.”
Liebart-Régnier NV Sur le Grand Marais Brut Nature: $69.00The Liebart-Régnier NV Sur le Grand Marais Brut Nature is a delightful Champagne crafted by Laurent Liébart and his family in the Marne Valley village of Baslieux-Sous-Châtillon. This single-vineyard, 100% Meunier Brut Nature showcases the heartland for quality Meunier. On the palate, it reveals blossomy and citrusy notes, with a grippy texture. The briskness of this bone-dry Champagne is compensated by its fruitiness. Lightly spicy and with great acidity, it gets lift from the citrus and fresh white fruits. Enjoy it with snacked scallops for a delightful culinary experience!
Champagne R.H.Coutier A Ambonnay Grands Vintages 2012
Nestled in the heart of Champagne’s prestigious Montagne de Reims, R.H. Coutier’s A Ambonnay Grand Cru Grands Vintages is a testament to the winery’s rich heritage and innovative spirit. With roots dating back to 1619, the Coutier family, led by fifth-generation vigneron Antoine Coutier, has masterfully blended tradition with modernity. This sparkling gem, crafted from the finest Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, dazzles with notes of crisp apple, pear, and a hint of green apple, reflecting the unique terroir of Ambonnay. Its vinous texture and leesy richness, obtained through extended aging, culminate in a finish that’s both opulent and elegantly crisp. Perfectly paired with the delicate flavors of seafood or the rich, creamy textures of brie and camembert, this champagne elevates any culinary experience to a celebration of the senses.
This Champagne house in the Grand Cru village of Avize, in the Côte des Blancs, was founded by three brothers, Guillaume, Richard, and Rodolphe Frerejean-Tattinger, who had grown up in the region, riding their bikes through the vines.
