Tasting Notes

Possessioni Bianco offers an elegant marriage between Veneto’s traditional Garganega and the bright aromatics of Sauvignon Blanc. Aromas of white peach, ripe pear, citrus blossom and golden apple mingle with fresh herbs, elderflower and hints of almond. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with refreshing acidity and a silky texture. Flavors of lemon zest, stone fruit and subtle minerality lead into a clean, lingering finish accented by delicate floral notes. The combination of freshness and texture makes this an exceptionally versatile white.

Food Pairings

Excellent alongside grilled sea bass, halibut, shrimp risotto, roast chicken, fresh pasta with herbs, asparagus and creamy goat cheese. Already vibrant and expressive, this Chenin Blanc possesses the concentration and acidity to evolve beautifully over six to eight years, gradually developing notes of honey, lanolin and toasted nuts.

The Organic White showcases the freshness and purity for which Reyneke has become internationally respected. Aromas of quince, ripe pear, yellow apple and citrus blossom are joined by hints of chamomile, wet stone and beeswax. The palate is vibrant yet textured, balancing bright acidity with impressive concentration. Flavors of lemon curd, white peach, green apple and subtle mineral notes unfold gracefully before finishing with remarkable precision and length. The wine’s natural energy reflects both meticulous farming and minimal intervention in the cellar.

This Chenin Blanc is wonderfully versatile with seafood, grilled prawns, roast chicken, creamy pasta, sushi and fresh goat cheese. This blend is entering a wonderful stage of development but still possesses enough structure and concentration to continue evolving for another six to eight years. With age, expect increased notes of leather, dried herbs and cedar alongside softened tannins.

Tasting Notes

“Rosturi,” meaning purpose or meaning in Romanian, is an elegant expression of one of Eastern Europe’s oldest wine cultures. Native Fetească Neagră provides the wine’s signature aromas of black plum, sour cherry, violets and cracked pepper, while Cabernet Sauvignon contributes structure and dark cassis notes, and Merlot adds richness and supple texture. The palate is medium- to full-bodied with polished tannins, balanced acidity and layers of blackberry, dark cherry, cocoa, baking spices and subtle earth. A touch of oak integrates beautifully without overshadowing the fruit, creating a wine that is both approachable and complex.

Food Pairings

This versatile red pairs wonderfully with grilled lamb, herb-roasted pork, beef tenderloin, venison and smoked sausages. It is equally at home alongside mushroom risotto, roasted eggplant, hard cheeses and traditional Romanian dishes featuring paprika, garlic and slow-cooked meats. Tasting Notes

Les Cassagnes Rosé is beautifully Provençal in spirit while retaining the richness characteristic of the Southern Rhône. Delicate aromas of wild strawberry, watermelon, pink grapefruit and white peach are accented by citrus blossom, fresh herbs and subtle minerality. The palate is crisp yet generous, offering flavors of raspberry, blood orange and melon carried by refreshing acidity and a silky texture. The finish is dry, clean and remarkably persistent, making this a rosé that is equally refreshing and gastronomic.

Food Pairings

Perfect with grilled salmon, Niçoise salad, shrimp tacos, Provençal vegetable dishes, charcuterie, goat cheese and Mediterranean seafood. Dolcetto is traditionally enjoyed in its youth, emphasizing vibrant fruit and freshness. While this bottling has enough concentration to develop for several years, it is most expressive within the first five to six years after harvest.

Tasting Notes

Massolino’s Dolcetto d’Alba demonstrates why this humble Piedmont grape remains a local favorite. Aromas of blackberry, ripe plum, blueberry and violets mingle with subtle almond, licorice and spice notes. The palate is medium-bodied and wonderfully fresh, featuring soft tannins, moderate acidity and juicy flavors of black cherry, blackberry and cocoa. Unlike many fuller-bodied reds from Piedmont, Dolcetto emphasizes approachability and fruit purity while still maintaining enough structure to accompany food beautifully. The finish is smooth, lightly savory and pleasantly dry.

Food Pairings

A classic companion for pizza, pasta with tomato sauce, grilled Italian sausages, roast chicken and antipasti. Tasting Notes

La Causa shines a spotlight on País, one of the oldest grape varieties in the Americas, first brought to Chile by Spanish missionaries in the sixteenth century. Bright aromas of red cherry, wild raspberry, cranberry and pomegranate mingle with dried herbs, white pepper and earthy undertones. The palate is energetic and elegant rather than powerful, featuring silky tannins, vibrant acidity and remarkable freshness. Layers of red berries, crushed herbs and subtle mineral notes lead to a long, refined finish that feels almost Burgundian in its balance and restraint.

Food Pairings

Its bright, food-friendly character makes this wine exceptionally versatile. Pair it with grilled salmon, roasted chicken, pork tenderloin, charcuterie, empanadas, mushroom dishes, grilled vegetables or herb-roasted lamb. It also complements Mediterranean cuisine, tapas and lighter tomato-based pasta dishes. Slightly chilling the wine before serving enhances its freshness and vibrant fruit.
